“I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone experiencing digestive issues or in need of a nutritionist for another reason.
When I first started seeing Melissa I was having so many digestive issues from a Crohn’s flare that I could barely eat. Melissa put me on a specific diet and I began to feel better even before my medication kicked in. She helped me look at what I put in my body and why some of it wasn’t working. Also, she taught me how to recognize when something DOESN'T work. Now I feel excellent, and don’t feel like I’m missing out despite being gluten and dairy free (among other things)!
Melissa loves food as much as I do! Part of our sessions is brainstorming amazing food combos. If I’m craving something specific it seems she always has an awesome recipe for me to try out.” - S.O.
